1. Acceptance
By accessing our website, using our services, or using our mobile applications, you agree to this Service Agreement and the Privacy Agreement.
2. Covered Services
- Website access and content usage.
- Environmental technology, water treatment, and energy-saving technical services.
- Technical consultation and technical promotion services.
- Sales and installation of environmental protection, purification, and water treatment equipment.
- Sales of environmental materials, hardware products, building materials, and chemical products (excluding hazardous chemicals).
- Environmental engineering technology consultation, cleaning services, and mechanical equipment sales.
- Mobile management application development, distribution, operation, and maintenance.
3. App Marketplace Terms Mapping
3.1 Google Play
Use of apps distributed via Google Play is subject to Google Play terms, policies, user data rules, developer disclosures, and content standards.
3.2 Apple App Store
Use of apps distributed via Apple App Store is subject to Apple media terms, App Store policies, review standards, and applicable account obligations.
3.3 Additional Marketplaces
Where apps are distributed through Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi GetApps, and other compliant channels, relevant marketplace terms and policy controls apply.
4. Country Policy Adaptation
- Europe: GDPR and related digital and consumer frameworks are considered in service and app operations.
- United Kingdom: UK GDPR and UK data governance controls are reflected in operating procedures.
- United States: Applicable federal and state privacy and consumer requirements are mapped into disclosures and controls.
- Canada: PIPEDA-aligned contractual and data handling controls apply where required.
- Brazil: LGPD-adapted operational and user-right handling controls apply where required.
- Additional regions: We adapt to local laws and app-store obligations for each target market before release and during operations.
5. Age Policy and Eligibility
- Business services are intended for legitimate business users and authorized representatives.
- App users must satisfy legal minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction.
- Parental or guardian authorization is required where local law requires consent for minors.
- Age-related restrictions may limit certain features, data uses, or ad experiences.
6. Advertising-Supported Features
Apps may include App Open ads, Rewarded Video ads, Interstitial ads, and Banner ads where allowed by law and store policy. Ad operations may rely on third-party monetization and measurement partners, with privacy notice and consent controls enforced as required.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Use services lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond legal allowances, abuse, or security attacks.
- Respect intellectual property, privacy rights, and contractual obligations.
8. Commercial Terms and Delivery
Detailed pricing, service levels, acceptance criteria, and implementation timelines are governed by written business agreements, quotations, or project contracts where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, software elements, service documentation, branding assets, and trademarks are owned by Nanjing Hexinjiang Technology Co., Ltd. or their respective licensors, except where otherwise stated.
10. Availability, Updates, and Change Control
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons. App updates may be mandatory to maintain policy compliance and service integrity.

12. Disclaimer
Except as expressly agreed in writing and to the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis without implied warranties.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages unless otherwise defined by a written contract or mandatory law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nanjing Hexinjiang Technology Co., Ltd. against claims arising from unlawful use, policy breaches, or rights infringements related to your use of services.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for legal violations, non-payment, abuse, security threats, or material contractual breach.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Where not otherwise specified by contract or mandatory law, parties should first seek good-faith resolution through direct contact. Jurisdiction and governing law may be determined by signed agreements and applicable legal requirements.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, natural events, regulatory actions, or cyber incidents.
18. Revisions
We may revise this Service Agreement to reflect legal, policy, or operational changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where legally valid.

20. Definitions and Interpretation
- Services means all technical, consulting, installation, sales, and mobile app related deliverables provided by the company.
- Client means the individual or organization using or procuring services.
- Marketplace means app distribution channels including Google Play, Apple App Store, and other compliant stores.
21. Payment and Commercial Safeguards
- Commercial terms, payment schedules, taxes, and invoicing standards are governed by written agreements.
- Delays in required payment may result in service suspension where contractually permitted.
- Scope changes may require written change orders, revised milestones, and updated pricing.
22. Audit, Verification, and Recordkeeping
For regulated projects, we may maintain delivery and compliance records to support quality verification, internal audits, and contractual reporting obligations.
23. Export, Sanctions, and Restricted Use
Services may not be used in violation of export controls, sanctions programs, or restricted industry rules applicable to either party.
24. Survival of Terms
Clauses relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnity, dispute handling, and legal compliance survive termination where applicable.
